What is the cheapest, best economy used car with the highest resale value?

I need to get a used car and can only afford a $10,000 to $11,000 used car. What is the best cheap economy car with the highest resale value?|||I recommend that you check out GM's Certified Used vehicles website. There you will be able to search certified used vehicles in your local are by make/model, cost, mileage, etc. Then talk to the dealership about the resale value once you decide which vehicle you like that falls in your price range. I hope that this helps you.

GM Customer Service|||I'd spend around $6,000 on a Toyota Corolla. For that you'll get a 2004-2005 with around 100k mi.

It'll easily last you to 200,000 with no major repairs. Also it'll get around 30mpg

Obviously you can get a newer model for more $$, but I'd personally spend less. You can find a bunch of deals on eBay, craigslist or http://heretothereautos.com|||Hondas and Toyotas. But if you're looking for a cheap car you can't really expect it to have a high resale value. The highest resale value cars are more expensive.|||definetly anything from toyota or honda
